"We have this ability to translate the energy and the passion that we're feeling, through our instruments. And somehow, what I'm playing is in complete correlation with what Charlie is singing and playing on the bass, and what Sinjin and Liam are playing on the guitar. I mean, I don't know - it's just some kind of chemistry that has been developed, but is also quite natural."

"Charlie is kind of laid-back, a comic guy, he keeps us laughing. Liam is the fire in the group, he talks to everyone. He tells everyone what they want to hear to get what he wants. Sinjin is the brains of the group. He's the guy I look up to. He's so bright. And I just kind of fill in the gaps!"

"Our relationships are constantly changing because of the fact that we're changing as people. It's one of those things that when we see problems, we face them and deal with them. We understand the value of having your own space and your right to be in a bad mood, but also your responsibility to treat each other with respect. I think that's a really, really important part of our band staying together and being successful; the fact that we're understanding of each other."
